Biomechanical assessment and treatment can complement Osteopathic Therapy with exercise advice, footwear advice and if relevant provision of custom made orthotics which minimise dysfunction of the lower limb. Common symptoms that can be prevented and treated are hip, knee and ankle pains, shin splints, arch or heel pain, bunions and forefoot pain.
